The art studio is located at 1317 Bridge Street in the Historic Ashtabula Harbor Merchant Area. The building was constructed in the early 1900 and has housed several businesses over the last 100 years.
Micheline launched the art studio in late 2016. The concept for the studio is a revolving space that could be used for gallery showings, classes, and a home for the resident artist
"The Lake Erie Mermaid"
"Art has always been a passion of mine. I have shifted my medium of expression over the years but one thing that seems to prevail is my strong attraction to rich textures and colors. "
I love getting people interested in the process of art making building a greater appreciation for the history and future of the Visual Arts Field. I am very excited about the launch of Lake Erie Mermaid Arts Studio and Gallery and hope to foster a positive and creative place for people to create and view art.
